Q: What exactly will this platform allow me to do?
A: Great question!  This platform will ‘filter’ results depending on the feedback your customer will leave.  If its positive, they’ll have the option to publish on Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.  If it’s negative, comments won’t go live.

Q: Where do I go to add additional review platforms within your platform?
A: You’ll want to navigate to the ‘links’ tab, scroll down just a bit, and click ‘add a link’.  See a video here.

Q: I only want myself and one other person to have access – can this be done?
A: Yes, you can contact your MyReviewEngine account manager by e-mailing [email protected].

Q: Am I easily able to copy the gathered reviews and publish it to a page on my site?
A: Yes, we have something called the ‘review stream’.  See this video for setting up the stream.

Q: If I have a franchise, am I able to set up one page with multiple locations, or am I stuck with one landing page per location?
A: You can have either or.  We can convert your single landing page to support multiple locations.  Contact your MyReviewEngine account manager by e-mailing [email protected].

Q: What if I get stuck?  What kind of help can I expect?
A: We have an awesome support team available 24 x 7!  Plus, once you sign up, you get access to over a dozen training videos.

Q: What is the cost of using your platform for  single business?
A: It’s $99 per month per location.  We do offer an annual plan.  Please email [email protected]

Q: I’m on the fence – do you offer a trial period?
A: Yes!  We offer a 14 day free trial.  You can sign up using the ‘free trial’ button on the home page.
