They believe best in class products are made all over the world. They just didn’t want to make our products all over the world. Yes, for the pride of keeping it close to our hearts, but equally if not more importantly, close to their minds. They believe outsourced manufacturing hinders the creative process. Challenge: Despite having sold hundreds of FormMount and Phone Mount units through their website and Amazon, F3 Cycling did not have a reliable tool for sending, receiving, or displaying 5 star reviews on their website.
As a result, the company had zero Google reviews, which directly impacted their online sales and trustability. Additionally, their Facebook page did not have enough traffic to reflect the sheer volume of visitors that the company sold to each year, both domestically and internationally. F3 Cycling wanted to improve their online reputation in an effort to get more orders, and increase their brand recognition.
